I love this low-cal, signature margarita, which I’ve dubbed Mountaineer Margarita. I highly recommend that you concoct it before you head to the tailgate because it takes time to make.
Since we leave for Morgantown on Friday mornings on game weekends, I make the simple syrup and then mix it with muddled blueberries and lime juice at home before we go.
Make the simple syrup first by adding 1 cup of agave to 1 cup of hot water. Stir until dissolved. Let cool completely before using.
